THE AIM

The National Trust’s Waddesdon Manor is a magnificent 19th century house and gardens built by Baron Rothschild. The existing website did not accurately reflect high quality branding of the property or provide a smooth linear journey for website visitors.

THE SOLUTION

The new online booking system needed to reflect the and provide the flexibility to offer a wide range of different ticket options – including free passes for local residents and Trust members. In addition, it needed to be easy for the client to update and control; providing an improved user journey while enhancing the potential to upsell additional ticket

THE RESULT

Having taken just three weeks to complete, not only was the new the new online booking system ready before the peak booking season, data from the new system showed an increase in online ticket sales year on year.
