We are delighted to announce that we have once again been recognised for our commitment to our clients via the Customer Service Excellence+ accreditation, continuing to be the only UK agency to achieve this level of Customer Service Excellence.
Customer Service Excellence (previously the ‘Charter Mark’) is part of the government’s movement to promote businesses that are efficient, effective, excellent, equitable and empowering – putting the customer at the heart of what they do.
The accreditation is awarded to organisations that are consistently achieving the national standard for excellence in customer service.
In order to be recognised as achieving Customer Service Excellence you must be successfully assessed against the following criteria:
- Customer insight
- Organisation culture
- Information & access
- Timeliness & service quality
During our recent CSE assessment, our assessor identified that Generate UK have demonstrated innovation, and are delivering services elements that are beneficial for customers but are over and above their expectation. As a result of these findings, we have been awarded Compliance Plus.
Achieving Compliance Plus means our organisation is amongst the elite for Customer Service Excellence and contributes to setting the standard other services providers can strive for.
